Latimer Planning was established by Bruce Malin in order to provide a client focused and cost effective planning consultancy.

Our purpose is to ensure that our clients’ planning issues are addressed quickly and efficiently in order to achieve planning consents.

Latimer Planning is run by principal, Bruce Malin, who over the past 25 years, has gained a wealth of experience in both planning and development.

Practical experience has been gained through notable director roles at some of the UK’s largest plc’s and also smaller private companies prior to forming Latimer Planning.

Latimer Planning undertakes projects across the UK with key focus on the greater West Midlands including the counties of Worcestershire, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Herefordshire.
